1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a repair service, or visiting our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.

2. Service Description

Simplifix provides repair services for mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices. Our services include but are not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage repair, software issues, and general troubleshooting.

3. Service Booking and Appointment

When booking a repair service through our website, phone, or in person:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your device and the issues it's experiencing.
• Appointments are subject to technician availability and may be rescheduled if necessary.
• For doorstep services, you agree to provide a safe and appropriate environment for our technician to perform repairs.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms:

• A diagnostic fee may be charged for assessing your device, which will be adjusted against the final repair cost.
• The final price will be confirmed after diagnosis and before any repair work begins.
• For certain repairs, we may require a deposit before ordering replacement parts.
• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.

5. Repair Warranty

All repair services come with a limited warranty:

• Parts and labor are warranted for 30 days from the date of repair completion.
• The warranty covers only the specific components that were repaired or replaced.
• Warranty is void if the device shows signs of water damage, physical damage, or unauthorized repair attempts after our service.
• Software-related repairs have a 7-day warranty period.

6. Data and Privacy

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we strongly recommend:

• Backing up your data before submitting your device for repair.
• Removing any SIM cards, memory cards, and personal accessories.
• Disabling any security locks or providing the necessary credentials.

Simplifix is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal information.

7. Unclaimed Devices

Devices left for repair must be collected within 30 days of completion notification. Devices not collected within 60 days of notification will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of, recycled, or sold to recover repair and storage costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Simplifix's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair service. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Pre-existing conditions or defects not related to the repair service provided.
• Delays in repair due to parts availability or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Cancellation Policy

For service cancellations:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled appointment will incur no fee.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of ₹250.
• For repairs already in progress, you will be charged for parts ordered and work completed.

10. Modifications to Terms

Simplifix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
